Mars Wrigley Australia is bringing back a fan favourite from the Maltesers brand for the first time since 2021, with the Maltesers Bar making its return to shelves.

Formerly known as the Teaser Bar, the Maltesers Bar features light, crispy miniature Maltesers pieces suspended in smooth, creamy milk chocolate. Reimagining the classic in bar form, the company describes the Maltesers Bar as a perfectly balanced combination of texture and taste, wrapped into one velvety bar.

Mars Snacking Australia bitesize portfolio director, Mel Alforque, said the company had heard loud and clear just how much Australians missed the Maltesers Bar.

“In fact, it never really left the conversation, so bringing it back felt like the obvious move,” said Alforque.

“It takes everything people already love about Maltesers and makes it easier to enjoy, in a way that fits into real life. It’s light, it’s uniquely delicious, and it doesn’t take itself too seriously, which is exactly the kind of energy people are looking for when they want a treat.”

The Maltesers Bar will be available in selected retailers from early June and major retailers nationwide from July.
