The team at Lark Distilling Co. has launched a new luxury blended whisky, which aims to champion the dynamic ingredients and creative spirit of Tasmania – Kurio Crimson Jam.

Combining a select blend of Single Malts finished in Tasmanian Cherry and sparkling wine-seasoned casks to create a full-flavoured blend, Kurio Crimson Jam highlights the fruit notes of the malts and the richness of native ingredients.

The palate reveals honeyed apricot, a hint of nutmeg, and black forest cake, with a finish of cherry jam, custard, and velvety mocha.

Versatile and accessible, Kurio is aimed at new-to-whisky drinkers that are looking for easy-going, shareable spirits, big on flexibility and flavour.

Spearheaded by Lark master distiller, Chris Thomson, Kurio aims to showcase the distillery team's most innovative and successful flavour experiments.

“We wanted to push the limits of flavour with Kurio. Tasmanian ingredients are incredible and the way we create as islanders is unique,” said Thomson.

“Kurio is a celebration of both – whisky for people who, like us, crave exciting and intriguing flavour experiences.”

Kurio Crimson Jam will be available at select stockists for RRP $120.00. Head to kuriowhisky.com to find the closest location.
