Nestlé has combined two KitKat favourites into one, creating the KitKat Chunky Gold Krisp as its latest caramelised chocolate bar.

KitKat Chunky and KitKat Gold have melded together into the new bar, which has three layers of KitKat wafers, golden white chocolate and crunchy waffle pieces on top, and a golden chocolate base.

“The KitKat team were looking for their next golden nugget, and by bringing together two iconic KitKat offerings, we’ve definitely landed on one,” said Nestlé head of marketing confectionery Joyce Tan.

“We’ve seen an undeniable love develop for KitKat Gold since its launch, so by combining it with Chunky, known for its big chocolatey and crunchy wafer hit, we know this chocolate experience will be one that excites fans.”

KitKat Chunky Gold Krsip is now available nationwide in Coles, Woolworths, Big W, independent and convenience stores for RRP $1.99.

Avantium N.V. and Packamama have signed a capacity reservation agreement for Avantium’s plant-based polymer PEF, branded as Releaf. The polymer is produced using Avantium’s YXY Technology.
