Hugos Chocolates is officially entering the world of baking with the launch of Hugos Bakes, available nationally at Coles stores now.

This is the brand’s first-ever move beyond confectionery and into creative baking inspiration for Australians at home.

Designed to elevate everyday baking moments, the debut Hugos Bakes range introduces ready-to-bake Gems available in Hazelnut, Pistachio and Caramelised Biscuit flavours, alongside Roasted Kataifi.

The range gives home bakers an easy and indulgent way to transform cookies, brownies, cakes and desserts into something truly special.

Perfect for sprinkling, folding, topping or decorating, the range has been created to inspire creativity and innovation in the kitchen while bringing the playful, premium flavour experience Hugos is known for into the baking aisle for the very first time.

The launch marks a major evolution for Hugos Chocolates, expanding the brand into the fast-growing baking category, while tapping into the rise of creator-led food culture and globally trending dessert flavours.

“This is our first step outside traditional confectionery and it’s an incredibly exciting moment for the brand,” said Costa Kon, founder of Hugos Chocolate.

“Hugos has always been about innovation, indulgence and creativity and Hugos Bakes allows people to bring that same magic into their own kitchens.

“We've taken some of our most-loved flavour profiles and transformed them into ingredients that inspire creativity, experimentation and moments of joy in the kitchen.”
