End-to-end winemaking services company and Hive Award winner, Hirsch Wine Group, has launched its latest range under a new brand name – La Chica Con Tinta.

With two products now available, Arinto and Garnacha, the collection aims to bring lesser-known varietals to market that are full of life, expressive in character, and a little unconventional.

Translated from Spanish as The Girl With Tattoos, the company stated the brand encompasses the love of the traveller's spirit, brought to life under the supervision of Hirsch chief winemaker, Peter Mackey.

The 2025 Arinto is a Heathcote white which is described as capturing the sun-drenched spirit of Portugal, reimagined through Australian soil. Layers of bright citrus, juicy melon, and ripe stone fruit intertwine with hints of delicate florals and a lift of citrus zest.

The 2025 Garnacha is a vibrant medium-bodied Heathcote red, which delivers a delicate savoury edge. This Spanish inspired red is layered with fragrant red berries, strawberry and cherry then lifted by hints of clove, orange rind, and spice.

The Arinto and Garnacha grapes are crafted in small batches from carefully selected parcels in Heathcote, a region known for its ancient soils and generous sunshine, showcasing how Old World grapes can flourish under Australian skies.

La Chica Con Tinta Arinto and Garnacha are now available online at hirschhill.com for RRP $25.00.
