Ready meals brand, Strength Meals Co, has launched a new range of fresh, ready-to- eat salads, designed for health-conscious individuals with busy lifestyles. The company states that the salads are high in protein, nutritious, and perfect for a meal on the go.

Strength Meals Co is a brand under ready meals company, Beak & Johnston, which opened its $110 million pastry and ready meals production facility in Arndell Park last October. The facility features the latest in pastry and ready meal production technology.

The new range of salads is co-created by chefs and nutritionists, aiming to provide balanced nutrition without compromising on flavour or convenience, and staying fresh for up to 14 days. Packaged in clear trays to showcase the ingredients, the salads stand out from traditional options like family sides or low-protein products.

The Fresh Salads range includes:

  • Chicken & Balsamic Barley Salad
A fresh mix of chickpeas, crunchy capsicum, and fetta, tossed in a zesty balsamic dressing.
  • Tandoori Chicken & Cous Cous Salad
With roasted carrot and pumpkin, topped with a tangy yoghurt dressing for an extra burst of flavour.
  • Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
A protein-packed blend of spinach, crispy bacon, boiled eggs, and quinoa mixed with a classic Caesar dressing.
  • Chicken & Potato Salad
A savoury combination of bacon and house-made pickles tossed in a tangy, creamy mayo.

The company states: “Whether you're looking for a quick lunch, a protein-packed snack, or a nutritious meal, Strength Meals Co fresh salads deliver the perfect combination of flavour, freshness, and convenience – fuelling your day without sacrificing your health goals.”

The Strength Meals Co fresh salad range starts at RRP $9.95 and is available in Woolworths and Metro stores across VIC, QLD, and NSW.
