Bakery brand, Green’s, has expanded its range of indulgent baked goods, with the introduction of new swirly cakes and lamington flavours, ready to eat.

The additions aim to strategically add to the cake category to meet the needs of today’s busy consumer, while also responding to the growing demand for high-quality, indulgent and nostalgic bakery products.

Green’s Swirly Cakes are the first new product, aiming to put a modern twist on the nostalgic cakes of childhood. Available in two dual- flavour pairings, Raspberry & White Choc and Double Choc, the vibrant colours and flavours are designed to capture attention and provide a sweet, nostalgic experience.

Green’s continues to innovate with its new Deluxe White Choc Lamingtons, a fresh take on the beloved classic. This product features a vanilla sponge with creamy white choc filling, all coated in a white choc dip and desiccated coconut, designed to appeal to consumers searching for a premium product.

The Deluxe Jam & Cream Lamington Roll has also been launched, offering a convenient and indulgent dessert option, featuring Green’s signature vanilla sponge filled with jam and cream, coated in choc dip and coconut.

Green’s senior brand manager, Juliette Roberts, said the company was thrilled to expand its lamington range and introduce new cakes for Australian consumers.

“At Green’s, we’ve been creating delicious moments for over 40 years, and we’re so excited to bring these new bakery treats to our loyal customers,” said Roberts.

“Whether you're enjoying a quick snack or celebrating with loved ones, Green’s is here to make every moment just a little sweeter. We are confident our new offerings will resonate with today’s consumers and further strengthen Green’s position in the bakery category.”

The expanded Green’s range is now available from the bakery aisle at Coles Supermarkets nationwide:

  • Green’s Swirly Cakes in Double Choc & Raspberry & White Choc. RRP: $5.00
  • Green’s Deluxe Jam & Cream Lamington Roll. RRP: $6.00
  • Green’s Deluxe White Choc Lamingtons. RRP: $4.00

The new products join the existing Green’s bakery family, including Deluxe Triple Chocolate and Strawberries & Cream Lamingtons, both available in supermarkets nationwide.
