Mildura-based Yigal Kitchen has launched its own range of gourmet dressings, sourced from local ingredients. The range is inspired by its own chef Yigal Benchmo's years of culinary experience.

Benchmo has more than 20 years of global catering experience, learning culinary excellence from a variety of countries around the world, such as France, Spain, Morocco and Israel.

The new range of gourmet dressings uses ingredients from local Sunraysia orchards, and have been developed in time for Christmas cooking.

“Sunraysia has some of the best fresh produce in the world, so I’m incredibly excited to tantalize taste-buds with my hand-crafted gourmet dressings,” said Benchmo.

“A good dressing will turn a dish into a masterpiece, and I am extremely proud to have perfected two exceptional offerings produced right here in Sunraysia.”

Yigal Kitchen Gourmet Dressings are available in two varieties – Citrus, Honey and Mustard, and Poppy, Orange and Balsamic. It is available for purchase online for RRP $16.50.
