After generating over a million views across social media, Gourmet Dairy Co.'s cheese sauces have built a loyal following online, with customers calling for more flavours and convenient retail pack sizes.
That demand has now led to the launch of three new 200g varieties, now available in Drakes supermarkets, with more retailers and a national rollout on the horizon.

Originally developed for foodservice and hospitality, Gourmet Dairy Co.'s cheese sauces found a new audience on TikTok, where behind-the-scenes videos showcasing the family's manufacturing business, including the launch of their 900g format into Australia's biggest retail wholesaler, attracted hundreds of thousands of views.
The message from customers was clear – they wanted more flavours, smaller retail-friendly packaging, and easier access in supermarkets.
