French-inspired ultra-premium vodka brand Voulez Vodka has launched in Australia, combining European styling with local production through a partnership with Anther Distillery.

Founded by French-born entrepreneur Tamara Craig, the Victorian-made spirit is positioned at the top end of the market, targeting premium venues and consumers seeking provenance-led luxury.

The vodka is produced from a blend of locally sourced potatoes and Australian wheat. A potato base is cooked, fermented and distilled before being blended with a wheat distillate and redistilled, delivering a textural, “buttery-smooth” profile with a clean finish. The quality of the inputs removes the need for filtration, allowing the spirit to retain its natural character.

Production is overseen at Anther Distillery by lead chemist Dervilla McGowan, with the small-batch facility contributing technical precision and a sustainability focus to the process.

Craig said the brand draws on French design cues and storytelling to differentiate in a category dominated by scale producers, positioning the product around both craftsmanship and emotional connection.

Released as a limited run, Voulez Vodka is aimed at high-end on-premise and retail channels, with a focus on premium serves including martinis and straight pours.
