Edenvale Wines has expanded its Premium Reserve Collection range with two new releases – the Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Prosecco.
The launch highlights Edenvale’s continued focus on crafting premium wines with less than 0.5% alcohol – offering consumers more choice without compromising on flavour or varietals, as demand for alcohol-free alternatives continues to grow.
Made with fruit sourced from South Australia's renowned Coonawarra wine region, the Premium Reserve Selection Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon delivers classic Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics, with blackcurrant and cedar on the nose, followed by blackberry, dark chocolate and subtle spice. Fine tannins and a long finish give the wine the structure expected from a premium Cabernet.
Also joining the range is the Premium Reserve Collection Prosecco, a fresh and elegant sparkling wine with aromas of pear, green apple and white peach, complemented by delicate citrus blossom. Fine bubbles and a lively palate make it equally suited to celebrations or everyday occasions.
Both wines begin as fully fermented wines before the alcohol is gently removed using Edenvale’s advanced vacuum-distillation technology and world-first GoLo heat-pump system, which minimises heat exposure to help retain the wines’ delicate aromas and varietal character.
The release comes as demand for premium alcohol-free wines continues to rise, with more consumers seeking alternatives that suit a range of occasions and lifestyles.
These new additions mark another step forward for Edenvale as it continues to elevate the craft of alcohol-removed winemaking, offering premium, complex and carefully crafted options without compromising on quality or enjoyment.
