Doughlicious – The London Dough Co. Cookie Dough & Frozen Dessert Bites have launched in Australia. The women-owned and operated company, founded by Kathryn Bricken, was created to offer a new ‘better-for-you’ frozen snacking option to consumers.

Doughlicious focuses on using healthy ingredients and sustainable practices. They are free from refined sugar and white-bleached flour and made without artificial additives or preservatives.

Bricken said, “When those cravings strike, answer them with Doughlicious. Our Cookie Dough and Gelato Bites are the perfect snack for any occasion. Where tasting good never felt so right. Our range of indulgent flavours will transform the way Australians snack.”

The range is produced at the brand’s London facility, powered by renewable energy, combining two favourites – cookie dough and gelato – into a bite-sized snack.

They come in five flavours – Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Truffle, Mint Chocolate Chip, Blueberry, and Strawberry – and are available exclusively at Woolworths.

Packaging News

Plastic resin made from recycled milk and juice bottles at a Pact-operated recycling facility in Melbourne meets US FDA safety requirements for use in HDPE food and drink packaging.

Packaging and IT recycling operation Close the Loop anticipates its second half EBITDA will fall by 50 per cent compared to the first half, on revenue that at around $99m will be similar to the first six months.

It's a pause, not a pivot: APCO has confirmed it will delay its proposed EPR fee model until beyond FY27 following industry stakeholder calls for more regulatory clarity, fairer fee structures, and time to prepare.
