Meal delivery service, Dineamic, has collaborated with wellness app, Kic, to launch a limited range of ready-to-eat meals.

Kic is a health and wellness application that started out as a recipe book in 2015, with an aim of making healthy eating more accessible. Now it has over 800 recipes, as well as masterclasses that span physical workouts to mindfulness sessions.

Melbourne-based Dineamic has been producing ready-made meals using local, sustainably sourced produce since 2009.

The company has collaborated with Kic to create an exclusive range of six meals that can be delivered to customers in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and some regional areas.

The range consists of;

  • Ginger Lime Fish Curry with Broccoli & Brown Rice,
  • Free Range Tuscan Chicken with Broccoli & Pasta,
  • Free Range Baked Chicken Enchilada with Tortillas,
  • Free Range Chicken Pesto with Casarecce Pasta,
  • Free Range Moroccan Chicken with Turmeric Rice & Currants, and
  • Cashew Satay Udon Bowl with Tofu.

Kic co-founder, Steph Claire Smith, said that when Kic started she felt like in order to eat healthy, it had to be expensive and complex, and wanted to change this expectation.

“Along the journey we dreamed about diving into ready-made meals because it takes that ease and accessibility to a whole other level. That’s why it’s such a ‘pinch us’ moment to have partnered with Dineamic,” said Smith.

Kic co-founder, Laura Henshaw, said that the team was so proud of this partnership.

“For over 15 years, Dineamic has championed honest nutrition. They are so aligned with our values and there’s no one we’d trust more in bringing this dream of ours to life,” said Henshaw.

The Dineamic x Kic range is available at dineamic.com, ready to deliver for $11.50 per serve.

Packaging News

Australia has stepped firmly onto the global stage in support of an ambitious treaty to end plastic pollution, with Environment Minister Murray Watt announcing the nation’s commitment during the United Nations Ocean Conference in France. Meanwhile, local environmental leaders are urging the government to back its global words with accelerated domestic action.

Plastic resin made from recycled milk and juice bottles at a Pact-operated recycling facility in Melbourne meets US FDA safety requirements for use in HDPE food and drink packaging.

Packaging and IT recycling operation Close the Loop anticipates its second half EBITDA will fall by 50 per cent compared to the first half, on revenue that at around $99m will be similar to the first six months.
