Destination Italy has launched its new Frozen Fresh Pasta range, which is proudly made in Italy's most celebrated pasta-making region, Emilia-Romagna, and celebrates real Italian food that’s made to be shared.

Crafted using traditional recipes, each pasta is made in Italy and snap frozen to preserve its freshly made flavour and texture, with an authentic Italian sauce included for a convenient meal.

The range celebrates three Italian classics, each inspired by the region and ingredients that made them famous.

The new Gnocchi with Cacio e Pepe brings together soft potato gnocchi with a creamy Pecorino Romano and black pepper sauce inspired by the iconic Roman dish. Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli is paired with a rich tomato and basil sugo that lets the delicate pasta shine, while Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms combines ribbons of fresh egg pasta with a rich porcini mushroom sauce that captures the comforting flavours of northern Italy.

It is the very first time that these specific recipes, which have been produced for Italian restaurants for decades, are now available for all Australians to enjoy.

From freezer to table in just eight minutes, Destination Italy makes it easy to enjoy fresh pasta the Italian way – no rolling, kneading or simmering sauces necessary, just authentic Italian flavour, ready whenever pasta night calls.

The new pasta joins Destination Italy's growing range of products proudly made in Italy, including its Woodfired Pizza and Gelato ranges.

Rooted in tradition but created for the way Australians eat today, the collection brings generations of Italian craftsmanship to everyday meals without compromising on authenticity.

The new Gnocchi with Cacio e Pepe, Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli, Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms are available nationally through Coles and selected independent supermarkets, retailing for $10.
