De Bortoli Wines has released its latest addition to the portfolio, with the launch of Love Moscato.

Made from the aromatic Muscat family of grapes, Moscato is known for its expressive fruit character, gentle florals and refreshing finish.

To create Love Moscato, the Muscat Gordo Blanco and White Frontignac fruit was harvested and gently pressed cold using bag presses, preserving its delicate expression. The juice was then left to settle naturally before being racked clean.

Fermentation took place at cool temperatures to capture vibrant, fresh fruit characters, and was halted once a balance of alcohol, sweetness, acidity and fine bubbles was achieved.

De Bortoli Wines head winemaker, John Coughlan, said Love Moscato shows a pale straw colour with a hint of green in the glass.

“The aroma is fresh and lifted, with notes of citrus and subtle florals, leading into a light, crisp palate with flavours of ripe peach and mandarin. It finishes clean and lively, making it easy to return to the glass,” said Coughlan.

De Bortoli Wines Love Moscato is now available online at shop.debortoli.com.au for RRP $19.95.
