The Culture Co. has released a range of single serve spoonable kefir yoghurts in five flavours.

The 150gram tubs have no added sugar and are available in Mango, Blueberry, Passionfruit, Vanilla and Strawberry.

Lion Dairy & Drinks marketing and innovation director Darryn Wallace says the tubs are a great addition to its existing product range.

“Australians are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of gut health and are looking for convenient and delicious ways to support their digestive system,” Wallace said.

The Gut Foundation founder and gastroenterologist Professor Terry Bolin said it was important to incorporate probiotics into the daily diet.

Bolin said: “This new range provides an easy way for customers to support their digestive systems and get more probiotics into their diet, especially when they are time poor.”

Each pot contains a unique blend of 11 strains of live cultures including the probiotic BB12, which is scientifically proven to deliver genuine health benefits for gut health.

The range is available in Coles and independent grocery stores.
