Australian sparkling wine brand, Croser has launched a new wine range infused with bespoke botanicals in a collaboration with 78 Degrees Distillery.

The range launches with two new bottles: Croser NV X 78˚ and Croser NV Rosé X 78˚, Croser’s classic sparkling wines, infused with signature botanicals from 78 Degrees Distillery.

Co-crafted in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills region, the Croser X 78˚ range represents a category-first and a creative collaboration between two Australian brands.

Accolade Wines marketing director Jack Glover said the partnership with 78 Degrees Distillery was helping take Croser’s winemaking creativity to new levels, whilst maintaining quality and craftmanship.

“Croser X 78˚ is unlike anything else that’s on the market and we are really excited to introduce this innovation to the current generation of sparkling enthusiasts and Croser fans. The range is perfect for those who want to experiment with their palate,” said Glover.

The Croser X 78˚ range is made using the traditional Croser method, however during the winemaking process, crafted botanicals are added, providing an infusion of aromas and flavours to the sparkling wine.

The new Croser NV X 78˚ and Croser NV Rosé X 78˚ are now available at Dan Murphy’s nationally, and online for RRP $32, with the Croser NV X 78˚ also available at select BWS stores.
