Cinnabon is teaming up with DreamWorks Animation to bring Gabby’s Dollhouse down under as part of an inaugural global partnership with the popular animated series.

Starting 24 August, guests from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne who purchases a Classic MiniBon and a CinniFizzie will receive a free Gabby's Dollhouse Headband.

Australians have embraced Cinnabon in a big way since the brand opened its first local bakery in Brisbane, where opening sales set a global record for the brand. When the first NSW bakery opened in Sydney's Darling Square, eager guests queued for nearly four hours to get their hands on a bon.

Today, Cinnabon operates more than 20 bakeries across Queensland, NSW and Victoria, with new locations continuing to open across the country.

“Cinnabon has always been a place where families come together over something sweet, so partnering with Gabby's Dollhouse, a series that sparks curiosity and joy in kids around the world, felt like the perfect match,” said Kerri Christian, senior vice-president of International and Channels Marketing at GoTo Foods, parent company to Cinnabon.

“We wanted every market to experience the magic of Gabby's world in a way that's unique to them, and we can't wait for fans to get their hands on it.”

The Purr-fect Pairing pairs the Classic MiniBon – a mini version of Cinnabon's signature roll made with warm Makara cinnamon and topped with signature cream cheese frosting – with the CinniFizzie, a sparkling refresher that pairs with every bite.

The Gabby's Dollhouse Headband completes the treat, mirroring the cat ears Gabby wears in every episode to shrink into her magical dollhouse. Offer details vary by location, so guests should check with their local Cinnabon for participation.

Gabby's Dollhouse, produced by DreamWorks Animation, debuted on Netflix on 5 January 2021 and has grown into a global phenomenon, ranking among the Top 10 shows on Netflix in 63 countries and standing as the most viewed streaming original series for kids according to Nielsen.

Australia holds a special place in Gabby's world with Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie celebrating its world premiere in Melbourne in September 2025 before earning more than $80 million worldwide.

Now little fans across the country can bring a piece of Gabby's Dollhouse home with every Cinnabon visit.
