Paisano & Daughters group deli, Continental Delicatessen, has developed its latest fun and innovative products – launching Continental Christmas Pudding and Traditional Custard in a can.

For almost a decade, Continental Deli has become known for its canned cocktails and goods, such as the Mar-tinny and Can-hattan. Now it is branching into the holiday sphere with a delicious gift idea.

Pastry chef Lauren Eldridge has revived the nostalgia of canned Christmas puddings, using her great-grandmother’s recipe. Each pudding is cooked directly in the can and includes a step-by-step guide to prepare the pudding.

Rich, fruity, packed with festive spices and a generous kick of holiday cheer, Eldridge recommends serving the pudding warm, topped with cold Continental Traditional Custard.

Pre-orders are available now for pick-up from 1st December, right up until Christmas Day. The Continental Christmas Pudding in a Can is available for RRP $68 and the Custard in a Can is $18.
