Australian ice cream company Harry & Larry’s has collaborated with Bundaberg Rum to release two new rum-infused ice creams this summer.

The range will fit under the Harry’s Ice Cream Co range in the flavours of Rum & Raisin and Pineapple Coconut Rum.

The products combine the iconic Queensland rum to a premium ice cream brand, and are aimed at “adults who like to indulge”.

The growth of our local licensing program into new retail categories continues to strengthen our consumer offering and Bundaberg Rum’s popularity in the market,” said Bundaberg Rum marketing manager Karl Roche.

“We’re always looking for ways to innovate that stay true to our brand this collaboration with Harry’s ice Cream gives our Bundy Rum consumers a new way to enjoy the flavour of their favourite Australian rum.”

The new range will be available in IGA stores across Queensland throughout summer.
