Bulla Family Dairy has added an apple crumble variety to its collection of ice cream sticks.

The Apple Crumble Ice Cream sticks launch accompanies a variety of Frozen Custard Sticks and Creamy Classics Cheesecake Flavoured Ice Cream tubs in a nod to nostalgic dessert favourites.

The sticks pair apple-flavoured crumble with creamy vanilla ice cream and have an RRP of $6.80.

General manager of marketing and innovation Nick Hickford said the three new varieties originated with the creative team in Bulla's Innovation Centre.

The custard sticks are a reimagined version of the Creamy Classics Frozen Custard tubs, and are made with fresh milk, cream, and eggs.

They are available in Classic Boysenberry Swirl and Choc Caramel Ripple, and the RRP is $7.99 for a six-pack.

The new cheesecake ice cream is made from fresh milk and cream, and complemented by a crunch of real biscuit pieces. RRP is $7.99 for the two-litre tub.
