Brown Family Wine Group brand, Brown Brothers, has expanded its refreshed Classic range with the launch of a Classic Pinot Noir, marking the first time in decades the 137-year-old family winery has introduced a Pinot Noir at scale.

Consumer demand for lighter-bodied, fresher and more versatile red wines continues to drive the growth of Pinot Noir across the Australian wine category, as drinkers increasingly seek reds that feel approachable, modern and suited to a broader range of occasions.

The company stated Brown Brothers Classic Pinot Noir delivers a smooth, easy-drinking style aligned to modern consumer preferences.

The new launch also forms part of one of the most significant brand refreshes in Brown Brothers’ history, with updated packaging rolling out across more than 40 wines.

The contemporary, unified label system aims to enhance shelf standout, simplify navigation and strengthen masterbrand block presence in-store.

“Combining the heritage of the iconic gold ribbon with a cleaner, more contemporary design, the refreshed Classic range delivers stronger visibility across both physical retail and digital platforms. As refreshed SKUs continue landing through 2026, retailers will benefit from a more cohesive and impactful Brown Brothers brand block,” the company stated.

Brown Brothers Classic Pinot Noir and the refreshed Classic range are now available nationally at participating retailers and online at brownbrothers.com.au, for RRP $20.00.
