The annual month-long January challenge for people to eat a vegetarian diet, Veganuary, might be well underway, but MyLife says its award-winning BioCheese can help those missing traditional cheeses.

According to Vegan Food & Living, cheese is one of the top three foods vegans say they miss, making demand for a suitable alternative high.

MyLife BioCheese was recently crowned Best Vegan Cheese at the Nourish Vegan Awards, and Choice’s top plant-based cheese selection.

MyLife CEO, Vicky Pappas, said, “Veganuary is all about giving a new style of diet or a new way of eating, a go. Switching to plant-based products like BioCheese is a small but powerful step towards trying something new, without giving up the delicious taste of cheese, while protecting animal welfare, and supporting a healthier planet.”

It can be melted it in a toastie, sprinkled over pasta, or enjoyed it straight from the fridge, she said, and there are more recipes on the MyLife website.
