Australian-owned yeast spread company, AussieMite, is preparing for a major national supermarket rollout next week, debuting a new look and enhanced recipe years in the making.

Initially launched in 2000, AussieMite has spent the last two years re-engineered its formula from a family recipe refined over decades. The company stated the new spread offers a premium, healthier alternative to traditional spreads – gluten-free, reduced salt, and completely free from added Vitamin B6, artificial additives, and caramel colour 150C.

The company recently shifted production to Melbourne to support its national expansion, and has rolled out a new look developed by Mash Design in preparation for launch.

AussieMite’s refreshed packaging and formula will be landing on supermarket shelves nationally over the next few weeks.
