Central Coast distillery, Amber Lane, has released its latest whisky expression – the 2025 limited release Noble Lane.

This year marks the third incarnation of Amber Lane’s Noble Lane, which twice sold-out in record time and has received accolades on the national and international stage. The release comes just weeks after Amber Lane’s Equinox was named Australia’s best whisky at the Royal Australian Spirit Awards, as well as best overall distilled spirit.

The latest expression reflects Amber Lane’s sophisticated approach to maturation, with beautifully integrated influences from ex-Bourbon, virgin French Oak and ex-Botrytis cask. The company said to expect a gentle vanilla and citrus nose, giving way to a palate of lemon meringue, old-fashioned lemonade, cinnamon scrolls, pancakes with maple syrup and vanilla ice-cream.

Amber Lane Distillery co-owner, Rod Berry, said the company was thrilled to officially unveil its 2025 Noble Lane – the much-anticipated follow-up to its previous Noble Lane expressions.

“Noble Lane drinks as a dessert whisky – something to enjoy after dinner, with a delicious range of sweet and pastry notes that immediately conjures the sense of a French patisserie,” said Berry.

Noble Lane is the latest addition to Amber Lane’s small batch range, which also features 2025 limited releases like Sherry Lane and Silk Road.

Noble Lane is now available for purchase from www.amberlanedistillery.com and at select independent bottle shops for RRP $199.00.
