Bounce’s new Almond Protein Ball is designed for the cooler weather, offering an energy-packed health snack, according to the company.

Nutritionist Susie Burrell says the ball contains 12 grams of protein, including almonds, which are designed to keep people fuller for longer.

"Also, being cold pressed means the nutrition is preserved,” she says.

Each ball contains 0.8g saturated fat; no refined sugar; and is gluten-free. The ingredients are also cold-pressed – a process designed to preserve their nutrition

Bounce’s Almond Protein Ball is available at Woolworths, Coles, and major petrol stations for a RRP of $3.29 per ball.
