Australian-made brand Birch & Waite has expanded its salad dressing range with its latest Goddess Dressing variety, made from turmeric, lemon, garlic and herbs.

Birch & Waite’s salad dressings are chef-inspired and are made from fresh ingredients to ensure “maximum flavour is secured in every batch-crafted bottle”.

The company was founded more than 30 years ago, with a vision to provide superior-quality fresh, chilled products for the professional, or home-based, chef.

Its latest addition – the Golden Goddess dressing – is vegan, has no artificial ingredients or added preservatives and is gluten-free.

It can be used a salad dressing, as well as a sauced stirred through vegetables, or marinade for beef, fish or tofu.

Birch & Waite Golden Goddess dressing is available from Woolworths for RRP $5.00.
