For this year’s Tim Tam Day, Arnott’s has released the Tim Tam Choc Mint, tapping into Australians’ love of mint-flavoured chocolate.

Tim Tam global marketing lead, Francesca Reid, said the flavour extension builds on the brand’s core proposition of indulgence with familiar flavour profiles.

Recently commissioned market research by the biscuit maker found 78 per cent of Australians say they like or love mint-flavoured chocolate, with 90 per cent of households’ home to at least one mint lover. (The study surveyed 1000 Australians aged 18+ in January 2026, weighted to ABS population data.)

Circana Australia scan data for the 52 weeks to March 2024 found Tim Tam was the country’s favourite chocolate biscuit.

“As Australia’s favourite chocolate biscuit, Tim Tam has always been about creating moments of indulgence with flavours Aussies know and love – and choc mint is no exception.

“The flavour is part of our continued strategy of flavour-led innovation for Arnott’s flagship biscuit brand, leveraging strong brand equity to drive incremental growth through limited and seasonal variants tied to key brand moments such as Tim Tam Day,” Reid said.

Tim Tam Choc Mint is available exclusively at Woolworths nationwide for a RRP of $6.00.
