Highgate's Alister Joyce shared news of two 'cutting edge'  knife solutions for the meat processing industry making their debut on the Highgate stand at Foodpro.

A new RFID tracking solution for knives and an automated knife sharpening system were turning heads and stopping visitors in their tracks at the Highgate stand.

In a world-first for Cadbury, brand owner Mondelēz International is sourcing recycled plastic from Taghleef Industries for flexible wrappers to be printed and converted by Amcor. The new packaging, with 30% recycled content, will be on shelf in Australia from September next year.
