A&D Weighing Australasia will be showing its heavy capacity checkweighers as part of its Foodpro line-up.

Using A&D Japan’s touch screen intelligent checkweighing controller, A&D's design team created a complete system which includes an infeed conveyor, weighing conveyor, control unit, and a push ram rejecter.

It has a throughput of over 30 pieces per minute with +/- 0.02kg accuracy.

Benefits include real-time monitoring of product weight deviations; improved QA and QC reporting, with the ability to record and store the weight of every product; and audio guidance support via the touchscreen interface.

A&D will also demonstrate its range of high-speed checkweighers, including the EZI-Check inspection system.

This high-speed inline checkweigher was designed to weigh, classify and segregate products based on weight.

Its Japanese design provides high-level performance, accuracy, and reliability, making it easily adaptable to existing lines.

The EZI-Check range also now includes the EZI-Check Conveyor Metal Detector, which has been manufactured to detect metal contaminants in packaged products.

A&D Weighing Australasia will be exhibiting at Stand U45. Foodpro will be held between 16 and 19 July in Sydney.
