Foodpro will be held from 25-28 July 2021 at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, organisers have announced.

The decision comes after much consultation following its cancellation due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and social distancing requirements.

Organisers said: "We have been committed to finding a solution to deliver an event to ensure business continuity to the food manufacturing and processing industry. Our continued aim is to provide a platform for the industry to grow, learn and conduct business safely, and with limited Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre availability we believe temporarily relocating foodpro 2021 to the Sydney Showground is in the best interests of our community.

"In these unprecedented times we have seen the industry show strength, resilience and innovation as domestic food manufacturing and processing demands increase and change."

The show will return to its scheduled rotation in 2023.
