HBM Plastics & Packaging will showcase its multi-fill filler, pouch fill seal machine, X-ray inspection system, and depositor for viscous foods at Foodpro this July.

The MPFSC-120 filler is designed for cooked rices, pastas, and meal components, and can deposit products at speeds up to 120 containers per minute, depending on the product, fill volumes, container, and line configuration.

Product is loaded into the hopper, and a conveyor meters the product to the filling head. It can be placed over a vertical or horizontal bagging machine to fill into various pouch types such as flat or stand-up, and a batch feed hopper can be used for feeding the product in bulk.

The Pouch Machine Corp pouch fill seal machine is economical, has a small footprint, and is simple to operate, according to HBM.

It can load pouches while running, and offers a fast bag size change. The machine includes an automatic bag opening and placing system, as well as twin, individually controlled sealing jaws.

The Peco-InspX X-ray inspection system can inspect packages up to 10” high and 20” wide. It has a modular component design for high reliability and rapid servicing, and an overhauled user interface optimised for rapid configuration.

HBM Plastics & Packaging will be at stand E23 at Foodpro.
