Foodpro organisers have released the show floorplan ahead of the food processing and packaging exhibition, which will be held in Sydney in July.

Foodpro 2017 will be spread across two levels at the new ICC Exhibition Building in Sydney Darling Harbour.

The floor plan is split into dedicated zones with level 1 featuring plant equipment & logistics, food science & technology, ingredients and the KUKA Robotics Central Bar.

Level 2 will offer access to the AIFST Annual Convention, and level 3 will house the Foodpro and FIAL seminars.

Level 4 will be visitor registration, processing and packaging equipment & technology and the Foodpro Cafe.

Foodpro is set to be the largest ever staged, according to organisers, and this year marks the 50th anniversary the show, which will be held in Sydney from 16 to 19 July.

Foodpro will also include a section devoted to traceability and audit compliance, called The Supply Chain Integrity Zone, and Food Innovation Australia (FIAL) has partnered with the event to enable a focus on solutions for small manufacturers who produce pre-packaged goods for sale to the consumer.

A more detailed floor plan will be published closer to the event.
