Nord Drivesystems has added new options to its range of efficient and hygienic solutions available for use in the bakery industry.

The new nsd tupH surface treatment allows for anti-corrosion treatment for gear units, smooth motors, frequency inverters and motor starts in washdown-optimised cast aluminium housings.

A treatment is also available for Nord products made from aluminium, where the fan-less smooth motors run quietly and do not spread germs.

Nord has also released its Maxxdrive industrial gear units, ensuring reliable operation of up to 282 kNm, as well as a long service life.

In combination with the Maxxdrive units and an energy-efficient electric motor from Nord, the Safmoni IEC adapter can also benefit mixers by reducing the number of wearing parts and attached components.
