In situations where a heavy amount of liquid needs to be applied but there is no liquid pressure, Exair’s 1/2” Siphon Fed air atomising spray nozzle can be the solution. It provides liquid flow up to 259 LPH (68.3GPH) in a 152mm (6”) diameter round pattern.

Drawing liquid into the airstream and mixing it internally, the corrosion resistant type 303SS nozzle provides up to 610mm (24”) of suction height. Its patented no drip design protects surfaces from drips and reduces wastage. The adjustment valve allows for simple changes to the liquid flow to meet specific application needs.

Made with stainless-steel, the range of air atomising spray nozzles available from Compressed Air Australia allow for coating, cooling, treating, and using compressed air and liquids to paint with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise.

Commonly used with water, light oils, detergents, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints, and dye, atomising nozzles provide an efficient method to evenly sanitise, cool, coat, wash, and rinse. Available with 1/8”, 1/4” and 1/2” connections, the five-year built to last warranty nozzles all have a mounting bracket and are adjustable.
