Insignia's new Domino Cloud ecosystem for its Ax-Series of inkjet coders helps maintain and resolve problems using remote diagnostics. 

Domino Cloud is part of the company’s SafeGuard customer service and support package, which includes event and email alerts on issues, and offers access to real-time printer and ink performance data.
