The Cake Bake & Sweets Show will return to Sydney this November, giving those in attendance the chance to experience the country's sweetest event devoted to the world of baking, cake decorating and all things sweet and delicious.

The Cake Bake & Sweets Show will host a myriad of theatre demonstrations by celebrity chefs, interactive workshops and will see the return of the illustrious cake decorating competition.

Some of the country's favourite culinary stars will again headline the event, with the return of Kirsten Tibballs, Katherine Sabbath and Anna Polyviou. Each will be taking the stage once again for a number of entertaining demonstrations, where they will showcase some of their most favourite creations.

The Cake Bake & Sweets Show is Australia's ultimate foodie experience, offering a range of hands-on workshops, make & take classes, healthy baking demonstrations, and a plethora of sweet and savoury treats to feast on. With so much excitement in the mix, this year's Cake Bake & Sweets Show is an unmissable event, promising a sweet day out for foodies, families, cakers and bakers.

Australia’s leading business expo for natural and healthy products, Naturally Good, is returning on 2-4 June at the Sydney International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour. Visitor registrations are now open.   

This course will provide participants with necessary skills to design a safe and commercially viable thermal schedule for the processing of low-acid food products in hermetically sealed packaging.
