The Business of Food Expo, happening at the Kingston Town Hall on the 5th of March is bringing all the know-how under one roof to give practical support to help people on the next step to culinary greatness, (or even just breaking even!)

The expo is the brainchild of Jane Del Rosso of My Other Kitchen, a commercial kitchen and culinary incubator. Jane was finding so many people needed help with every step, from finance, to the legal and regulatory environment, packaging and marketing and everything in between and wondered if an expo might be just the way to get people the info they needed.

The co-hosts are The City of Kingston, Bar and Restaurant Consultants and KHQ Lawyers.

This expo, with stallholders, speakers and panel Q&As has all the info a fledgling food business needs from start-up to world domination.
