Australia’s 2019 Online Retailer Conference & Expo

Now in its eleven year, Australia’s 2019 Online Retailer Conference & Expo will be held on the 24th and 25th July, at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre, Darling Drive, Sydney.

It is Australia's leading and most established ecommerce event that unpacks cutting-edge ecommerce insights, the latest trends, tech innovation and retail solutions.

Acknowledging that the ‘future of retail is here’, attendees will have the opportunity to focus on the practical components of retail that are shaping the new norm of consumer interactions.

The two day must-attend conference on the retailing expertise calendar provides an opportunity for every retailer to hear from key players in the industry and to address the most relevant areas of retail in one forum.

Covering everything in the customer life cycle from data driven marketing, CX, unified commerce and tech adoption to fulfilment, last mile delivery, and environmental sustainability.

In its biggest year yet, the Online Retailer Exhibition (free to attend for retailers) will see guests discover the solutions to their biggest business problems with 140+ solution providers. Some of the exhibitors include Catch.com.au, Shippit and CouriersPlease.

Visitors will immerse themselves in unlimited tech, trends, innovation and networking – all for free. In addition, attendees can join the morning conference keynote sessions, and will hear from leading brands such as Walmart, Australia Post and Salesforce. All other sessions will be open for conference ticket holders.

The multi-stream Conference (ticketed) will see an incredible speaker line-up from across the globe. There will be 100+ speakers, including executives from Unilever, The Iconic, T2, Walmart, Hi Smile, Afterpay, AusPost, Groupon, Adore Beauty and Big Red Group. Plus, international speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Online Retailer prides itself on its strong female contingent on stage, with 46% of speakers to date being women who hold senior roles or are leaders in their field.
