Premium sauce and dressings company Birch & Waite recently pulled back the curtains on its new facility and world-leading processing technology.

Birch & Waite – which specialises in sauces, dressings, mayonnaise and desserts for foodservice, aged care and retail markets – says the plant is its platform to bring new food innovation to Australia. The Revesby facility's new thermal processing technology, plus other innovative features, were specifically scoped to capitalise on Australia’s future food trends.
